ARB Photography Policy for Booking

Thank you for choosing ARB Imagery for your photography needs. To ensure that our clients get the best service, we have a non-refundable booking policy in place. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking:

1. All bookings made with ARB Imagery require a non-refundable session fee of $395 at the time of booking to secure your date. The session fee does not include digital files or printed products. This fee covers the photographer's time, editing services, gallery preparation, and, if necessary, the presence of a makeup artist and assistant.

2. For a full refund, the client must cancel 48 hours after booking the session. A client can reschedule the session up to 48 hours before the scheduled session if he or she does not cancel it after 48 hours. Clients who cancel sessions after 48 hours will not receive a refund on the session fee.

​

 

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, illness or other unforeseeable events, ARB Imagery will make every effort to reschedule the shoot. If the shoot cannot be rescheduled, the booking fee will not be refunded.

​

 

4. If ARB Imagery cancels the shoot for any reason, including but not limited to, bad weather, illness or other unforeseeable events, the client will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the session fee.

5. The client must inform ARB Imagery of any changes to the shoot date or location at least 48 hours in advance. If the client fails to do so, ARB Imagery may not be able to accommodate the changes and the session fee will not be refunded.

 

 

 

By making a booking with ARB Imagery, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the non-refundable booking policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
