ARB Imagery Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by the Client:

Your photography session can be canceled for any reason, but you must notify us within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. Once the 48-hour booking window has passed, you can only reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule up to 4B hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel after that, the session fee will not be refunded. You can reschedule only once per booking session.

Cancellation by the Photographer:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your photography session, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your session fee in full. We reserve the right to cancel any session due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control.

Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your photography session. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time, subject to availability.

No-shows:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled photography session without prior notice, you will forfeit your session fee, and we will consider the session canceled.

Late Arrivals:

Your photo session may be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive late. In the event that we need to reschedule, your session fee will be forfeited. In the event that you arrive 25 minutes or later, the session will be considered canceled and your session fee will be forfeited.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with the final product of your photography session, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, please note that due to the subjective nature of photography, we cannot offer refunds on completed sessions.
